PRODUCER
Hello, all STRUT Castmates. The Annual STRUT Internship Program and Fashion Play is a fashion show infused with dynamic dancie performance and a storyline to inspire and educate the masses on social causes. STRUT Fashion Play enable qualifying talent to work together with other local and out of state talent to help create a strong pulse in the heart of the performing fine arts community.
There a fitting that ends with free catwalk and production classes! The final graduation showcase is the STRUT Fashion Play!
WHO CAN STRUT?
Male and Female, ages 4 and up, can STRUT as a designer, model, and/or dancer.
HOW ARE
DESIGNERS CHOSEN?
The STRUT Producer may send a personal invite, or they may voluntarily apply and register here online. Next, make their Facebook submission for models and stylists to see who is they might be walking for. Afterward, they will receive a personal phone/video interview to review their concepts. Their personal esthetique will be discussed. The option of older designs, new designs, or a blend of the two will be discussed. If accepted, they will be notified and added to the website as a Featured Designer. If not, they will be refunded or offered a booth @ 1/2 off.
WHY STRUT?
You must make a Facebook Submission Post with your stats (you know) and contact info. TRUE Measurements will be taken at the meet and measure. Apply and register on this website or in person at the meet and measure meeting.
Designers request models by viewing their Facebook submission and texting the Show Producer Tiara Crawford @ (918)829-3942 a screenshot of that model's photo submission. PLEASE NOTE: You will know if a model is not available if they are walking for one designer, and there is a message from the producer under their photo submission stating which designer has selected them.
If a designer wants a model before the model submits, the model must mention that designer has "preselected" them at the time of submission in the STRUT Facebook Group. This will be confirmed by production. Models may not contact designers to inquire about walking for them. It confuses the other designers. Designers only contact production with a screenshot request to (918)829-3942, and you will be notified if the model is available for you.
If guidelines are not followed, or a participant can not communicate properly to production/their model team/designer, you are cut, there are no refunds.
STRUT CROWN
After registration, a STRUT Participant has the ability to run for the STRUT Producer Crown for any a showcase they have registered for. The STRUT participant that displays the most heart and ambition for the showcase by selling the most tickets wins a beautiful robe, sash, and crown. They are crowned Mr. or Miss STRUT for that year and city. They are awarded $1000 production training and are given a budget of $5000.00 to co-produce their next year's STRUT Fashion Play under their own cause in their own city's showcase!

MODELS CHOSEN?
The STRUT Producer may send a personal invite, or the model may voluntarily apply and register here online.
Next, they will be expected to follow the next steps by joining the STRUT Facebook group and submit their stats, photos, and event participation info inside the group for designers to choose from.

DANCERS CHOSEN?
The STRUT Producer may send a personal invite, or they may voluntarily apply and register online. Next, they will be expected to follow the next steps by joining the STRUT Facebook group and submit their dance videos. Dancer's are invited to a dancer casting call two months prior to production in Tulsa, OK.
REGISTRATION DEADLINES
A STRUT Participant may apply and register up to two weeks before a showcase. There are exceptions. The STRUT Producer is consistently cutting cast members who are not following guidelines and replacing them from the waitlist. STRUT has enough vendors to ensure all participate if selected.

There are several STRUT Showcases in different cities per year.

There are typically 7-9 Designer scene's in a showcase. Along with 7 - 13 models per designer scene.
