THE GOAL
The SMC Consulting Agency Institution is the Performing Arts and Technology Institute that founder Tiara S. Crawford is building. The SMC Consulting Agency Institution is the Roof that umbrellas the stem of other Selah companies that operate within this foundation of education.
This Institute will serve the community with diversity, education, employment, culture, and economic development.
FASHION DESIGN
SCL (Selah Couture Label) is the existing clothing label that currently demonstrates the fashion design fraction of the SMC Consulting Agency Institution.
SCL is hand-made and worn by Selah Models in Selah Productions as well as other fashion showcase's around the globe to brand and promote the fashion design department of the SMC Consulting Agency Institution.
SCL has also designed the SMC uniform.
Just as SCL does today, it will in a more accredited way, educate student's from beginning design stages through full garment development, merchandising, sourcing, and garment placement. SCL will continue to take Selah mission trips to foreign countries to teach villages how to redirect their economy through skill and trade.
In the future within the SMC Consulting Agency Institution, student's will operate a fabric and garment boutique, named Selah Couture Label. This boutique will be ran by the college student's as a work-study employment. This Boutique will showcase and sell graduating student's garment's. The boutique will also sell fabric to incoming students and public buyer's who are paying to have the premier exclusive designs by the latest designer's.
This Boutique and educational department will serve to bring in monetary support to help continue the benefits of the SMC Consulting Agency Institution.
TALENT AGENCY
SMC (Selah Model and Company, LLC) is the existing Talent Development and Management fraction of the SMC Consulting Agency Institution equation.
SMC talent wear Selah Couture Label hand made garments in all Selah Production, Inc. fashion shows, as well as many other designer's and boutiques in other mainstream productions and showcases.
SCL has also designed the SMC uniform.
Just as SMC does today, it will in a more noted caliber, enroll students into acting, modeling, style enhancement, health education, and performance classes at a industry standard of education. Upon graduation of courses student's will have the ability to become represented under an exclusive contract by Selah Model and Company, LLC.
SMC will work diligently to expose, outsource and place its talent within fashion productions, feature films, commercials and Iconic higher Agencies and coastal and over seas.

PR & EVENTS
SPI (Selah Productions, Inc.) is the existing production and event planning company that currently demonstrates the Technology and Public Relations fraction of the SMC Consulting Agency Institution equation.
SPI uses SCL garments and SMC talent in it's productions and events.
Just as SPI does to day, it will in a more nationally recognized way, educate student's from beginning stage and tech stages through sound, studio recording, lighting, video filming, editing, graphic design, set development, public relations, marketing, brand development and STEM education.
In the future, within the SMC Consulting Agency Institution, major productions will be executed bi-annually, attracting the seekers of great talent near and far from coast to coast to the midwest for a seat within tthe SMC Consulting Agency Institution Theatre to witness, report, and claim the season's next biggest stars.
This Technology and PR educational department will serve to bring in monetary support to help continue the benefits of the SMC Consulting Agency Institution.
